Objective: To equip front-line personnel with knowledge and observational skills to identify potential threats, including signs of terrorism-related activity, signs of a concealed weapon, and signs of an imminent attack or incident. This training aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of data on attacks and incidents, alongside a structured guide for maintaining vigilance throughout a typical day of service, ensuring a proactive and prepared stance against potential security threats.

Objective: To provide front-line personnel with the knowledge and skills to effectively resolve conflicts by integrating biblical principles with applied strategies. This training aims to empower participants to apply peacemaking responses, employ de-escalation techniques, utilize active listening, and understand tactical considerations when interacting with hostile individuals.

This course is a prerequisite for: Kingdom Engagement in Conflict

 Objective: To develop front-line personnel through guided drills and realistic scenario-based training that transforms foundational knowledge into confident, effective action. Participants will strengthen tactical decision-making, verbal engagement, de-escalation, team coordination, and Kingdom-centered responses while operating in dynamic conflict situations. 

Prerequisite: Kingdom Authority in Conflict

Objective: To equip front-line personnel with the comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to identify explosive threats and blast injuries. Participants will be able to recognize and respond to suspicious packages and bags they encountered. This course will provide training on conducting threat assessments, executing strategic building searches, and implementing efficient evacuation procedures to ensure the safety and security of the staff, volunteers, and guests. 

  Objective: To provide church protectors with a comprehensive foundation in the principles, mechanics, and styles of pastor protection, equipping them with the essential knowledge and strategies to effectively safeguard organizational

leaders.

This course is a prerequisite for SHEPHERD’S SHIELD

  Objective: Building on the foundational skills acquired in Shepherd’s Guard, this training offers intensive, hands-on experience and movements, positioning, and protective actions, enabling participants to proficiently guard, escort, and ensure the safety of pastors in various scenarios.

Prerequisite: SHEPHERD’S GUARD

  Objective: To empower church protectors with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage and communicate during emergencies, ensuring rapid, coordinated responses that safeguard the congregation. This training will cover the nuances of making 911 calls, displaying emergency messages,

communicating with church members during crisis, implementing the Incident Command System, and conducting After Action Reviews to enhance preparedness and response strategies in alignment with biblical principles and the mission of church safety.

  Objective: To empower security personnel to create detailed, accurate, and professional reports that reflect biblical principles of truth, morality, and stewardship. This training aims to instill a deep sense of responsibility and integrity, emphasizing that their written words carry significant weight and are a testament to their role as stewards appointed by God. Participants will learn to approach report writing with the understanding that their

documentation is not just a procedural task but a vital ministry that upholds the values and power of the Kingdom of God, ensuring their reports are a reliable and truthful reflection of their observations and actions.

  Objective: This course focuses on the continuous loop of discernment to action when advancing the Kingdom of God-Gauge, Alert, Transform, Engage- grounded in scriptural wisdom and practical application when serving on the front line for your faith-based organization. Participants will learn to navigate challenges with spiritual insight and tactical acumen reflecting Christ-like behavior in their response to an incident.
