About 21 Gatekeeper
WHO IS 21 GATEKEEPER?
21 Gatekeeper is a Kingdom Development Group. We exist beyond the walls of the local church and refuse to conform to the patterns of the marketplace.
We meet people where they are, helping them discern their next faithful step with what they have been entrusted with through coaching, consulting, training, and care.
Our mission is to develop and deploy people who faithfully advance the Kingdom of God wherever He has entrusted them with responsibility.
HOW WE SERVE
21 Gatekeeper equips people through four distinct fronts of Kingdom Development.
- Coaching — Helping individuals and marriages gain clarity, discern their next faithful step, and advance with confidence.
- Consulting — Helping churches, organizations, and leaders strengthen leadership, culture, and Kingdom effectiveness.
- Training — Equipping organizations and teams through practical, conflict response and readiness training.
- Care — Walking alongside people through life's significant moments with biblical care and spiritual support.
A DIFFERENT PATH
21 Gatekeeper doesn't conform to the culture of the industries it serves.
We measure every philosophy, method, and practice against the Kingdom of God revealed in Scripture.
Whether coaching, consulting, leadership development, or security training, our standard is not industry trends, church traditions, or marketplace success.
Our standard is the Kingdom and how we are to make Kingdom Impact.

WHAT IS A GATEKEEPER?
A Gatekeeper stands at the threshold where the Kingdom confronts conflict.
A Gatekeeper discerns what must be confronted, guards what has been entrusted, and helps others cross through in faithful obedience.
WHAT IS A THRESHOLD?
A husband leading his family.
A couple fighting for their covenant.
A church shepherding and protecting its community.
A public safety professional protecting lives and serving the community.
A family navigating a defining season.
A teenager discovering identity and assignment.
A leader carrying the weight of difficult decisions.
An organization stewarding people, culture, and mission.
Different responsibilities.
Different seasons.
Same threshold.
The questions remain the same.
Who has God created me to be?
What has God entrusted to me?
How do I faithfully advance His Kingdom through it?
Every responsibility eventually reaches a place where the Kingdom demands a decision.
That’s the threshold.
That’s where 21 Gatekeeper stands.
