COURSE AND INITIATIVES
At the center of Restore the Room™ is a proprietary adaptive response framework developed by 21 Gatekeeper and introduced exclusively within the Course and Initiatives.
The framework connects awareness, responsibility, communication, decision-making, positioning, coordination, and action—giving participants a stable foundation that adapts as people and conditions change.
It equips participants to recognize what matters, connect their responsibilities and available capabilities to the moment, and determine the next responsible action.

Restore the Room™ is a complete, application-based training experience for navigating conflict, crisis, threats, and incidents in real time.
Participants move beyond simply knowing plans, policies, and individual skills. They learn how to connect what is already in place to the conditions unfolding in front of them.
The course draws from situations across life, work, leadership, public environments, houses of worship, and community settings. Organizational deliveries can be adapted around the people, responsibilities, policies, resources, and operating environment of the organization.
